By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience while protecting the interests of Driver India Private Tours. Please read them carefully before making any reservations or using our services.

1. Booking and Payment

- Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at booking unless otherwise specified. Full payment is due 30 days before the tour start date.

- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, or other specified methods. All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

- Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund, at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

- Traveler Cancellations: Cancellations incur the following charges:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost.

- Company Cancellations: We may cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters). Alternatives or travel credits will be offered, at our discretion.

- Unused Services: No refunds for unused services (e.g., accommodations, transport) unless approved by Driver India Private Tours.

3. Itinerary and Changes

- Itinerary Modifications: We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

- No Compensation: Changes are made to ensure the best experience, and no compensation will be provided for such changes.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

- Documentation: Travelers must obtain valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required vaccinations for India travel.

- Compliance: Travelers must comply with local laws and customs. Driver India Private Tours is not liable for violations or consequences.

- Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their belongings and safety. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended.

5. Liability

- Third-Party Services: We act as an agent for third-party providers (hotels, transport, guides) and are not liable for their actions or omissions.

- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for losses, injuries, or damages due to acts of God, political unrest, or other external factors.

- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid, with no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Health and Safety

- Medical Disclosure: Travelers must disclose medical conditions or special requirements at booking. We are not liable for issues from undisclosed conditions.

- Removal: We may refuse or remove travelers whose behavior or health endangers others, without refund.

7. Pricing and Inclusions

- Price Changes: Tour prices may change due to currency fluctuations or other factors. Confirmed bookings are not affected.

- Inclusions: Only specified services are included. Additional services (e.g., optional activities) are at the traveler’s expense.

8. Complaints and Disputes

- Complaints: Report issues during the tour for immediate resolution. Post-tour complaints will not be entertained.

- Governing Law: Disputes are subject to the laws and courts of Delhi, India.

9. Data Protection

- Privacy: Personal data is used solely for tour purposes and shared only with necessary service providers or as required by law.
